We ship all of our ready made items within 3-5 business days. Our custom pieces can take up to 7 days. We know when you order a new piece how hard the wait can be, so we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to the email address connected to your Etsy account. Tracking information can also be located in your account within Etsy.
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Rarely packages are held up for customs inspections which can cause a delay of up to 45 days for delivery.

Please contact me within 3 days if you are unhappy with your order. I cannot accept returns of earrings for hygienic purposes. With the exception of earrings, returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. All items MUST be unworn and returned in original packaging.
A refund will be issued once the item is received in it's original and unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Protect your new jewelry by removing it when washing hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any personal body products. Preserve the integrity of the elastic in our bracelets by rolling them on and off of your wrist instead of stretching them out.
